Le spine cilindriche sono elementi di collegamento rimovibili, utilizzate per :
*impedire la rotazione
*impedire la traslazione
*centraggio o riferimento
*sicurezza o arresto Proponiamo le Spine Cilindriche Rettificate Temprate, secondo la norma  DIN 6325 - tolleranza m6 - Acciaio temprato durezza Rockwell 60 HRC +/-2 . Si tratta delle cosiddette spine dure, per distinguerle dalle spine non temprate (spine tenere).
Per inserire o togliere delle spine, usare un cacciaspine dello stesso diametro della spina.

Difficile ribattere i ribattini ?
Prova con le nostre butteruole.
*Butteruole per ribattini :
La butteruola è un punzone con punta concava che si usa per ribattere il gambo del ribattino e facilitare l'ottenimento della testa tonda.
Un valido accorgimento può essere utilizzare una seconda butteruola dalla parte della testa del ribattino, per tenerlo ben fermo.
Sono disponibili le butteruole concave per ribattini a testa tonda di diametro 2mm, 2,5mm e 3mm.
Con Novara Metalli ritorna un utensile ormai in disuso.

Butteruola con cacciaribattino :
*il foro di sinistra è il punzone concavo con il diametro della testa del ribattino
*il foro di destra ha la misura del gambo del ribattino ed è profondo - si inserisce il cacciaribattino sul gambo - battendo si ottiene un'ottima adesione dei due lamierini da fissare che vengono ben pareggiati - l'operazione va eseguita prima della ribattitura del gambo per formare la seconda testa. Questo tipo di butteruole è disponibile per ribattini a testa tonda di diametro 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm e 6mm
